WG Timeline: Start Date: February 28, 2013 Expected Date for Submitting Final Report: Dec. 2016 Highlights of Recent Activity: Meetings: 1st.: Oct. 2013 – Charlotte,USA; 2nd: May 2014 – Manaus, Brazil; 3rd: Oct. 2014 – Shangai, China 4th: Jun.2015 – Nagoya, Japan, 5th Porto Galinhas, Brazil, Jun.2016 The draft of the brochure was practically concluded, though some contents have still to be inserted in the final chapters and improved.

Aim (September 2016): To complete and consolidate the full draft of the brochure; Aim (December 2016): To improve the text and put it into the correct format to be circulated, corrected with the feedbacks and concluded until the end of December, 2016. Other Items: Thus, we aim to prepare the executive summary and the final text of the brochure to submit it in December 2016 or in the following two month.
