Why this guidance ? Need expressed by INTOSAI regions Change in IDI’s Strategic Planning Model Need for guidance on performance measurement and reporting

How can the regions use this guidance ? This guidance can be used by INTOSAI regions for Advocacy of the region and SAIs Strategic Management of the region Service delivery to member SAIs Developing and implementing Performance Measurement system at a regional level Reporting on regional performance based on evidence based data.
