Kerala People’s Campaign for Decentralised Planning Dr. Joy Elamon is executive director of the Kerala Health Studies and Research Centre (an NGO) which has its office in Trivandrum. Dr. B. Ekbal (hyperlink) is a Health Activist and Neurosurgeon. He was recently appointed Vice Chancellor: of the University of Kerala, in the capital city of Trivandrum.
