2 Objective: Developing replicable Training Modules for better service delivery through training. To reorient the employees to become more responsive and citizen centric. To cultivate a positive problem-solving approach, proactiveness and better work ethics in government employees. To provide a forum through which the feedback mechanism is created between the grass-root level officials and those involved in policy making so that administrative reforms address the delivery problems existing at the field level.

Selection of Nodal Officer Formation of Core Group Selection of District Meeting held at HIPA with the DC and ADC of Jhajjar. Selection of specific sectors for Jhajjar Selection of Nodal Officer at District level Cadre-wise identification of stake holders for specific sectors.

A. Module on Decentralised Governance a. Development Objective: - To establish a mechanism for dialogue both at the grass root level and administrative level for developmental activities. Target Group: - Elected Representative of Panchayati Raj System, Members of Village Level Committee, Members of Village Education Committee, Members of Sakshrata Samooh Topics to be covered: - All the Developmental Schemes related with Rural Areas, NREGA and its Implementation, Right to Information Act, Use of Panchayat Funds for Development, How to conduct Gram Sabha Meetings, Indira Awas Yojna. b. Education - School Management - Managerial Skill Development - Role and Responsibility of Parent – Teacher Association, Role of VEC

Objective: - To create awareness with an active participation of women: (a) women related laws (b) adolescent’s health information and education in a comprehensive manner. Target Group: - Protection Officer , P.O. (Women & Child), CDPOs, Elected representative, SHG Female Members, Members of Sakshrata Samooh. Female students of Class IX, X, XI and XII Topics to be covered: - Domestic Violence Act, Dowry Act, PNDT Act, HIV/AIDS, Education for Adolescent, Women Governance, Human Rights and Women
