The following Checks and Balances Limit the Power of the Judicial Branch. Executive Branch may grant pardons and reprieves to criminals. Executive Branch appoints judges. Senate approves judges. Legislative Branch can impeach judges (HR starts the process and the Senate finish the process) . Legislative Branch may propose a constitutional amendment for any law deemed unconstitutional.

These powers are checks on the other branches of government. The US Supreme Court can declare laws unconstitutional. The US Supreme Court can declare Executive actions unconstitutional.
