Tardy and Unexcused Tardy Absence (UTA) Tardy time to school is 9:01am The list of acceptable excuses for absences applies for a tardy as well Every 4th unexcused tardy will result in a Unexcused Tardy Absence (UTA) which will count as an unexcused day from school After the 15th tardy (Excused or Unexcused) a doctor’s note is required

Half Day Absence/Early Release We do not have ½ day absences Arriving prior to 12:00pm is tardy Arriving after 12:00pm is absent Students can be picked up early for various reasons Students picked up prior to 3:20pm will be given an Early Release Students picked up before 12:00pm and do not return will be considered absent

Things to Remember Excuses must be turned in within 3 days of returning to school Please make sure the information on the excuse is correct When picking up your child, you must show ID. This is a very important safety precaution. Keep us informed of any custody issues and provide us with the most recent court documents.
