BIRTH William was born on February 9,1773 In Charles City Country, Virginia

HARRISON BATTLE OF FALLEN TIMBERS Harrison fought against Indian forces in various territorial conflicts , including the Battle of Fallen Timbers in 1794

IN CHARGE In 1798 he was put in charge of Indiana Territory

What he led He also led troops to victory in the war of 1812

ELECTED PRESIDENT William was elected president in 1840

HARRISON REJOINED THE ARMY After a dozen years as governer of the Indiana Territory ,Harrison rejoined the army when the war of 1812 began

SENATOR FOR OHIO He was a senator for Ohio from March 4, 1825 until May 20, 1828.

WHERE HE PASSED AWAY He was elected to the White House in 1840,but passed away a month after his inauguration , the first U.S. president to die in office

DEATH William died in 1841,from pneumonia William .H. Harrison became the 9th president
