Food Barrington & Kayla Since Japan is made up of islands, fish is a major part of the Japanese diet. Sushi is dried fish that’s boiled, cut up & then eaten. There are all kinds of sushi. Thin sheets are used to make rolled sushi. One type is rolled up sushi. Everybody in Japan eats sushi.
