“A Standard of Excellence” Expectations… Help people around you. Help teachers carry bags, papers, or supplies. Open the door for women and children. Help your classmates with work. Make polite conversation. “Good morning, how are you doing” “Have a nice day!” "Let me get that for you.” “You look nice today.” Excellent behavior in the school, home, and community. Paying attention and following all the classroom rules. Standing up straight and walking orderly in the hallway. Chewing with mouth closed and cleaning up after yourself.
