This is my 17th year to teach school.

Food and drinks are a privilege when you are completing independent work. You may not eat while I am talking. This luxury will be taken away if you do not clean up after yourself! I am NOT your maid! 

7. Responsibility for Assignments
Bring pencils, and all other necessary supplies everyday!
If you fail to complete any daily assignments, then it will be your responsibility to finish it for homework.
All homework will be written on the board and also on my classroom website.
All work will be sent home as graded or completed in class. It is your responsibility to correct any failing work and turn back into me for a 70.
If you fail to turn in homework three times, you will be assigned lunch detention. After three lunch detentions, you will be assigned after-school detention.
Make-Up Work – When you return from being absent, it is your responsibility to get your work. You will have two days to complete any assignments .

8. Policies
Restroom breaks must be taken between classes. I usually will take the whole class half-way between class.
Please be in your seat when the bell rings, as class begins at that time.
Do not get out of your seat for any reason without permission!
Do not leave your things in the desk. They may not be there when you return. The desk is NOT a trashcan.
The bell does not dismiss you, I do! Please push your seats up and walk in an orderly fashion.
No Backpacks are allowed in any classroom! You must leave them in your locker. Also, keep your lunch in locker.
Please put your first and last name on all papers.
Cell phones are not permitted. If I see or hear your phone, it will immediately be taken to the office. Your parents will pay $15.00 to get it back.

9. My Pledge to Students
