Defining Appreciative Inquiry Recognising the best in people Perceiving the things which give life Affirm past and present strengths, successes, assets and potential To increase in value

Defining Appreciative Inquiry Acts of exploration and discovery A quest for new possibilities A willingness to learn To search, explore delve into or investigate strengths Hopefully this definition will have given you a sense of AI and its focus on discovering and understanding strengths. Rather than talk further we are going to encourage to discover strengths from your own experiences using a format that has become known as the discovery interview and which forms the basis for much that follows in an AI process. In pairs ( whoever you feel comfortable with) please consider the following and take turns to tell your story and ask questions of one another. You have approx …mins to complete this.
