HOMOGRAPHS Homograph: A word that has the same spelling, but different pronunciations and meanings. Examples: Wind (a) moving air (rhymes with pinned) Usage-The wind is blowing hard. (b) turn the stem (rhymes with find) Usage-I have to wind my clock.
