About PIPSO……. Pacific region private sector organization whose members comprises of national private sector organizations, chamber of commerce and industry and/or business councils Membership includes 17 Pacific Islands which includes American Samoa, New Caledonia and French Polynesia Established in 2005 – Forum Economic Ministers decision ; operational in 2007 Core functions include -Supporting NPSOs to be strong and responsive organisations - Assisting Pacific businesses to enhance their business competitiveness and growth - Championing the interests of private sector in the appropriate fora’s Ensuring the sustainability of PIPSO’s resources and enhancing its capabilities Since 2010 – disseminate more than FJD 7M in assistance to PS
