LOAD SHIP CONFIRM POSITION Standard Work Instruction: Load Process Original Date: January 24, 2017 Version number: v1.1 Revision Date: June 6, 2017 LOAD The purpose of this document is to detail the loading process for ATD Route Truck deliveries. Loading Teams will be assigned by Warehouse Leadership based upon size of loads and available resources 2 Person Teams include: 1 - Ship Confirm/Loader and 1 – Stacker 3 Person Teams include: 1 – Ship Confirm, 1 – Loader and 1 – Stacker No more than 3 Persons should ever be involved in Loading Process. SHIP CONFIRM POSITION Login into WMS Scanner Choose your Responsibility (ex. Whse 112) Select menu option# 5 (Ship) Select menu option # 2 (Route Ship) Enter Org Code (ex. “112”) Routes available for Loading will be listed. Partially Available Route The route has product that has been dropped/staged for loading, but still has pending orders to be picked. The system will allow product to be loaded so long as the stop sequence is maintained. Route will be displayed as route number, number in stop sequence where orders are picked in full, then total number of stops in sequence (ex. 106A 6 12) Fully Available Route The route has ALL product picked and staged for loading. Route will be displayed as route number, ready status, number in stop sequence where orders are picked in full, then total number of stops in sequence (ex. 106A RDY 12 12) Based upon pre-determined Load Priority; select Route Proceed to the designated dock door with Loading Team Scan Dock Door Barcode to confirm you are at the correct door. (First Item and quantity to be loaded will be displayed on Handheld) 6. Call out Item # and Quantity 7. Locate first item to be loaded; ensuring appropriate quantity is present 8. Scan Item to confirm 9. Enter Quantity Loaded, press enter (Next Item is displayed) Transfer Item to Lacer (where applicable - Loader will transfer item to Lacer) Tires should be rolled (bumped), taking care to avoid personal injury Boxed Goods must be carried to stacker, taking care to avoid damage or personal injury Wheel Accessories/Small Parts should be placed in parts bin 11. Repeat steps 6 thru 10 until all items are loaded and route ship confirmation is complete 12. Proceed to next route/door assignment 13. Repeat steps 3 thru 12 until all route/door assignments are complete.

LOAD LOADER POSITION (WHERE APPLICABLE) STACKER POSITION Standard Work Instruction: Load Process Original Date: January 24, 2017 Version number: v1.1 Revision Date: June 6, 2017 LOAD The purpose of this document is to detail the loading process for ATD Route Truck deliveries. LOADER POSITION (WHERE APPLICABLE) Proceed to the designated dock door with Loading Team As items to be loaded are called out, assist Ship Confirm person with locating item and quantity As directed by Ship Confirm person and following scan confirmation of item, physically transfer items from dock to loader in the back of the truck Tires should be rolled (lumped), taking care to avoid personal injury Boxed Goods must be carried to stacker, taking care to avoid damage or personal injury Wheel Accessories/Small Parts should be placed in parts bin Repeat steps 2 & 3 until all products are loaded and/or Ship Confirm person signifies route ship confirmation is complete Proceed to next route/door assignment as instructed by Ship Confirm person. STACKER POSITION Proceed to designated dock door with Loading Team Open Dock Door then proceed to open door on rear of truck Enter the truck loading compartment Verify loading compartment is empty and clear of debris As items are scan confirmed, the Ship Confirm person or Loader will physically transfer product to truck TIRES & BOXED ITEMS 6. Beginning at the wall adjacent to the driver compartment; begin lacing product with labels facing the rear of the truck (for easy identification) Begin lace on drivers side working across to passenger side Leave approximately 6” of space between product and wall adjacent to driver compartment Reverse direction for second row Ensure product is properly weaved together Repeat for all subsequent rows in lace 1st Lace should be stacked from floor to ceiling 2nd Lace height should be equal to or less than 1st lace 3rd Lace height should be equal to or less than 2nd lace And so on… (Note - Cube Volume and Truck Size will dictate progression of lace height) 7. Continue loading process until all product is loaded and laced. WHEEL ACCESSORIES/SMALL PARTS 8. Once all tires/boxed items are loaded, locate parts bin Where applicable, verify that parts are present and neatly arranged 9. Place parts bin in back of loading compartment; nearest to the rear door of truck 10. Proceed to next route/door assignment as instructed by Ship Confirm person.
