Lisa Shock, MHS, PA-C Managing Director, Clinical Operations – Eastern Region Role – Promoted to Managing Director, Eastern Region, working with multiple Accountable Care Organizations participating in Medicare Shared Savings (MSSP) payment models. The Managing Director, Clinical Operations is a senior leader in Evolent Health’s Clinical Operations organization, providing leadership over the Clinical Operations ongoing operations efforts for our partner engagements. Working with our client and partner organizations, this role will is critical to deploying and managing existing Evolent Health’s clinical technology, methodologies, processes and systems. This role will have management responsibilities for the Senior Directors of Clinical Operations within the Eastern Region. The Managing Director oversees the implementation of ongoing management of the multiple client’s tailored population health model. Specific responsibilities include participating in developing and driving an annual clinical initiative plan, monitoring key program and population metrics, developing strong market teams and participating in quality improvement efforts. Past Work Experience – I am a clinically practicing Physician Assistant with a subspecialty in Geriatrics. I currently practice in outpatient medicine, and a skilled nursing facility in a rural NC community. My background includes healthcare leadership roles at CHESS, Cornerstone Healthcare, Roxboro Family Medicine and Immediate Care, Duke University Medical Center and North State Medical Center, as well as teaching appointments at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University Medical Center. About Me – I am married with two daughters – one of which is a pre- professional dancer. We travel the country year round to support her training. I love reading, learning and cars. I also collect antique pins.
