OfS Office for Students Statutory Non-Departmental public body Consumer Focused OfS will award “University” titles OfS will bestow Degree Awarding Powers (DAP) OfS will have authority to remove DAP HEFCE & OFFA will be dissolved into the Office for Students (OfS) Teaching grant Funding OfS will be funded in part from registration Fees Pro Competition Pro Student Choice Pro Quality OFS Fees- will depend on the size of the institution as well as the government support they are in receipt of.

Comprehensive Register All providers who offer Student Support and/or Tier 4 provision All institutions will have to adhere to the OIA Other institutions will be on a voluntary basis, but will not have access to public funding. Institutions requiring entry to public funding will need to have QAA Oversight and will have to meet the expectations of the UK Quality Code.
