Mathematics Assessment (Math 321 & Math 334) This is a sample of the assessment activity we did to ensure that the teaching was associated with the learning objectives. This also illustrates the rubric, sample work, assessment, and improvements that were made based on the evaluation.

Mission Statement We started by choosing a part of the Mathematics mission statement to focus on. For purposes of this demonstration, we will follow the outcome of “develop[ing] campus wide the level of mathematical skills & quantitative & logical reasoning required for individuals to make informed decisions & excel in their chosen discipline.”
