About it Puff pastry is a type of traditional French pastry made by folding a dough with butter While the pastry cooks in the oven the steam trapped inside separates the layers creating a puffy flaky bread

How to get it If you can’t make it then you can buy it in the frozen section of your local markets. It can cost up to $4-170

Recipe Ingredients 1 pound flour 1 pound butter water 1 stick of butter

Recipe Directions Sift the flour. Divide the butter into four parts. Cut one part of the butter into the flour with a knife. Make the butter and flour into dough with water. Roll the dough. Flake the dough with part of the butter. Flake until all the butter is in. You have made enough crust for at least ten puffs. Bake with a quick heat for 10 to 15 minutes
