5 Steps to Reducing Cellulite Naturally

Step 1: DIET Implement a diet to balance your calories and loss weight. Excess body fat causes the fat cells in the body to become larger. This causes the fat pockets to further protrude through the tissue. Losing this fat will reduce this protrusion, although it won’t eliminate it completely.
