About the IHAP TAC 3-year project Conducts national & targeted Supports RWHAP Parts A & B recipients and CDC DHAP grantees 3-year project Conducts national & targeted began July 1, 2016 technical assistance activities to assist recipients and grantees and their respective planning bodies with implementation of their Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plans
