6/4/2018 Sample District Decisions (This is just a sample it is not guidance or a recommendation) 15% of an educator’s evaluation will be based on collective attribution or team goals. (30/100% MSL) At least one measure will be based on the School’s SPF data An administrator can choose to introduce other team goals at the school level. 35% of an educator’s evaluation will be based on individual attribution. (70/100% MSL) At least two measures must be selected but weights can be determined at the school level
