12 General notes on requirement visibility Requirement Visibility: Response and Evaluated A Requirement defined as having a “Visibility” of ‘Response and Evaluated’ has the following properties: The Requirement is displayed to the Supplier The Supplier can respond to the requirement The Requirement carries an Importance/Comparative Weighting The Requirement is displayed to the Evaluation Team The Requirement can be scored (evaluated) by the Evaluation Team Requirement Visibility: Response Only, Not Evaluated A Requirement defined as having a “Visibility” of ‘Response Only, Not Evaluated’ has the following properties: The Requirement is displayed to the Supplier The Supplier can respond to the requirement The Requirement carries NO Importance/Comparative Weighting The Requirement is displayed to the Evaluation Team The Requirement can NOT be scored (evaluated) by the Evaluation Team
