Learning Outcomes As a result attending this session, Symposium participants will: Compare & contrast delegation & empowerment through supervision. Articulate their espoused & enacted supervisory styles. Identify 2 strategies for successfully supervising undergraduate staff, graduate staff, and classified/university support staff.
