Causes and associated factors Factors contribute to the obesity health problem faces by Saudis for children, males and females. Obese health related problems are unhealthy eating habit. Most people eats at no specific time during the day or night. Saudis in general have a very relaxing life style that also could be a contributing factor to the increase of obesity.

Associated Health Problems: Overweight is a disease which is in the medical term is called an Obesity. "The condition of being obese; increased body weight caused by excessive accumulation of fat." (Mifflin, 2000).
