Quick Recap of July JJPOC Meeting 9/21/2017 Quick Recap of July JJPOC Meeting Discussed need for new strategic plan starting in 2018 Brainstormed list of focus areas (see handout, 17 in total) Also collected suggestions for procedural changes, e.g. Need for greater communication/info sharing among working groups Designation of one member from each agency to attend and participate in working groups (for consistency and continuity) Today, we will discuss substantive areas for JJPOC to focus on in the next strategic plan (but… the suggestions for procedural changes have not been forgotten).
