The Purpose of NWCCU Annual Reports U. S. Department of Education (USDE) requires NWCCU to maintain accurate information and records on each member institution Supports NWCCU standards and policies in areas where they overlap with the USDE regulations Collegial relations require NWCCU awareness of the particulars of an institution’s history, present situation and future plans

Some Specific Information Monitored for the USDE: Overall growth of institution Growth of programs Termination of programs and teach-out agreements Headcount enrollment data Student loan default rate Additional locations Distance education Contractual Agreements

Basic institutional data used to maintain communication accuracy President Accreditation Liaison Officer (please don’t wait until submitting an Annual Report – formal communication asap) Name of institution and mailing address, telephone numbers, email addresses

Student Loan Default Rate and Federal Funding Federal Guaranteed Student Loan Student Default Rate – final rate provided to your institution approximately September of every year. 2015 Annual Report will require Cohort fiscal year of 2012 ending September 30, 2013.
