CERTNET Organized and drilled in the same manner as HF, VHF, and Hospital Nets. For CERT Members with GMRS Certificates and Ham Radio operators. CERT Members may provide their own GMRS radios. PC OEM Comm members provide training and support. (SWE 11/3 to 11/4 2015) GMRS rapid deployment mobile repeater network. CERT dedicated VHF repeater frequency.
