Implement existing disaster preparedness plans in advance of forecasted storm
Coordinate with other utilities and with governments through presence at EOCs
Communicate regularly and frequently both internally and externally

4. POST STORM RECOVERY
Follow Disaster Preparedness Plan for post storm recovery
Activate Rapid Response Team
Mobilize Area Survey Teams to canvass the area when safe
Begin restoration immediately with prioritized circuits restored first
Collect forensic data
