European Training Foundation (ETF) Chapter 26: Education and Culture European Training Foundation (ETF) Participation in EU instruments : Brugge communiqe and Torino process. Montenegro, aided by ETF, has taken part in Bruges Communiqué process 2012, which is a review and reporting on the situation in VET, being one of the instruments of an enhanced co-operation among EU Member States and associated countries in the field of VET. Torino process (2012)– process leading to an evidence-based analysis of vocational education and training (VET) policies. We have chosen to implement this process as self-assesment activity. The first conference with all relevant stakeholders will be held on 21st November. Membership in european/regional networks Chapter 26: Education and Culture Membership in european/regional networks Montenegro is an active member of: EfVET (European Forum for Vocational Education and Training), whose main role is promoting quality and inovations in vocational education and training in Europe, cooperation and exchange of good practices, and creating transnational framework for support to all activities that promote vocational education and training. EQAVET (European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training) is a community of practice bringing together Member States, Social Partners and the European Commission to promote European collaboration in developing and improving quality assurance in VET by using the European Quality Assurance Reference Framework.
