Personnel Requirements Incident Commander Interview patient by phone Weather forecast Design extrication plan Document logistics for Team Leaders Deploy Hasty team Designate Rescue Team Leader Designate Operations Officer Direct operations Communications with Team Leaders Dispatch ambulance Operations Officer Hasty Team Rescue Team Leader Assist IC w/delegated CP activities Controls release of resource Verifies personnel are prepared Issues supporting mission information Assemble teams to move resources to pt.
