Other subjects will be set every 2 weeks on a rota. When projects are done over a longer period, students need to plan their time carefully Practice homework may involve formal homework from PE, Art, Dance, Drama. Students can also use these times for practising their instrument or other skills. Students may also like to record any after school clubs they have attended. They can use websites such as My Maths. During exam periods, your son/daughter may need to spend additional time each evening for revision.

How can parents/carers help with homework? Keep a designated homework area at home Help keep a homework routine for your daughter If your child is struggling with homework they need to speak to their teacher before the next  lesson Praise and encourage your child to help boost their confidence Do get your child to teach you Use the after-school homework clubs Use ShowMyHomework to check your child's homework If your son/daughter has not been able to do their homework, please write a note in the planner for the teacher Don't get worried by homework – if you are, your child will be too!
