Futures Thinking What The Business Might Need To Do 10–20 Years Ahead? 1. Our app will have to develop not only in Almaty, but also in other cities of Kazakhstan. 2. The app will have to attract additional resources not only in Kazakhstan but also from other countries worldwide. 3. The application will be available not only on the Android and IOS platforms, and also on BlackBerry, Open webOS, Symbian OS, Bada from Samsung, and Windows Mobile, IWATCH from watch of production of Apple . 4. App will add function of access to 3D Google maps including routes with stop-stations on the 3D map. 5. App will add function of service of rescue that when pressing the SOS button, rescuers have left for you on your geolocation which will be reflected in the 3d map. 6. App will add function of a handheld transceiver.

Gather a team from versatile it –developers who may programming for different kinds of mobile platforms. 4. Develop relationships with overseas suppliers 5. Analysis SWOT: Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats

Strengths Application can stay on the market for long time because it has plenty of opportunities and there is no same applications as Peakz. And I lot of people now want to have healthy lifestyle. One of the ways to be healthy is to claim on mountains and breathe the fresh air. That’s why this application can be useful and competitive.

Weaknesses The first is that the spread of broadband Internet access, together with a reduction in its cost and ubiquity of mobile devices have contributed to the transformation of mobile development in one of the most promising areas for the global IT industry and, consequently, for start-ups. The second - is that today it is a highly competitive market with strong players, crowded directories in demanding applications and customers stores. Presently for startups it is heavy to find financing, therefore, shortage of resources is possible.

Opportunities This app will make profit after increasing their users due to advertising. It means that the application cost in the market will increase that will lead to growth of the income and a possibility of cooperation with the organizations in the sphere of purchase and sale for joint development of business. With help of this application society can spend their precious time usefully. The app attract society to a healthy lifestyle.

Threats The first and most obvious option of threat — theft of a brilliant idea at a stage of her birth. Lack of legal support.

Financial plan The application can earn in several ways. The method of monetization is quite a strong effect on the success and the way to reach users in the app. Consider the basic model: -Paid App - application has a fixed cost. -Shopping Within the application (In-App) - payments for additions to the application. For example, in the games - of objects and features, service applications -this advanced features. -Advertising - Income impressions and conversions from your application. Sometimes, members of the motivation to download another application, or other actions. And sale of goods and services outside of the application, using a map, or through a single service office.
