Water and Energy Solutions LLC “HOUSING” IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO RADICALLY REDUCE YOUR UTILITY COSTS WITH NEW POWERFIUL STATE OF THE ART LOW FLOW / ENERGY FIXTURES. “HOUSING” NOW THERE IS A PLAN TO REPLACE ALL YOUR OBSOLETE FIXTURES AT: - ZERO - COST OUT OF YOUR BUDGET How much over the next decade could you significantly add to your profit margin if you could reduce your water and sewer costs 30-80% on ALL your buildings? Most analysis have shown a company could add tens of thousands of dollars over the next decade to their bottom line by reducing water, sewer, and energy costs 30%-70%.

Non Government Subsidized Housing Hotels Motels Resorts Apartments Condos Governmental SECTION 8 and Non Government Subsidized Housing

Mission Our mission is to help private, commercial, and governmental property owners save thousands of dollars over the next decade. This is done by installing energy efficient products. With specific designed innovated leasing and purchase terms this can be done without paying anything out of your budget!

What we do? We offer state of the art water and energy saving fixtures. We buy in quantity and bring the savings to you. Because we pay cash for all of our purchases we get the best price. We offer a wide range of financing options to meet your needs. We set the financing up in such a way there will be no cost out of your budget. We also offer the installation at no cost out of your budget as well. We offer products from not one specific manufacturer but from multiple companies with a record of dependability and unmatched quality in the industry.

As a property owner who owns rental property or a government official who manages housing units you understand the need to save money. Whether it is your own money or the taxpayer’s money you know that there is not always money in your budget to update your buildings with energy efficient products. Our goal is to update your properties with products that will in essence be paid for out of the many thousands of dollars saved in lower utility costs. We offer a “lease to own” program that requires virtually no cost out of your already strained budget. Installing energy efficient products can often pay for itself with the savings generated from the retrofit.

Going low flow pays it does not cost There are thousands of housing units in the US that are wasting massive amounts of water that could be conserved with Water and Energy Solution’s product line. Almost all of these units are costing their managers and owners substantially more money than is needed. In fact, we can show you how once you retrofit your housing units with our product line, using our lease to own program you will end up with all new fixtures. Some of these units are more than 100 years old. Even the buildings that were built in the 70’s and 80’s have toilet flow rates of 3.5-7 GPF. Now consider that our toilets are 1.0 GPF. Over the next decade how many gallons would you save with our product? Even the sink aerators use between 2-4 gallons per minute. We believe that each government agency that offers subsidized housing (section 8) has a sacred responsibility to save the taxpayers as much money as possible. All agencies and investors must do what they can to conserve water. Water and Energy Solutions LLC has specific funding available for public and private owners of housing units. Whether you own several hotels or are in charge of a Section 8 housing unit this lease to own is for you. Going low flow pays it does not cost

Compare your fixtures with the standard 1 Compare your fixtures with the standard 1.6 GPF and remember ours are even lower at 1.0 GPM If you replace a pre-1980 model toilet that uses 7 gallon per flush you will save 5.4 gallons per flush or 77%. If you replace a pre-1980 model that uses 5 gallons you will save 3.4 gallons per flesh or 68%. If you replace a 3.5 gallon per flush you will save 1.9 gallons per flush or 54%. And again this is based not on our 1.0 GPF but on the standard 1.6 GPF toilet. Stated another way the percentages you save PER TOILET will be directly reflected in your decrease in water and sewer costs.
