GOALS OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR 1.Describe : - The first goal is to describe systematically, how people behave under a variety of conditions. 2. Understand : - In this, there is need to understand why people behave as they do. Otherwise it will be highly frustrating for not understanding the reason behind those acts. 3. Predict : - It is very important to predict how a particular employee will behave in particular situation 4. Control : - The final objective is to control, at least to some extent the human activity at work.
