Which Sport Drink Is The Best For You? By: Orion Kendra

What are Electrolytes? Electrolytes are the minerals required by the body to function. Drinking electrolytes like sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphate and magnesium in water has become a popular way to replenish these minerals, especially after hitting the gym.

What are Carbohydrates? Carbohydrates are the sugars, starches and fibers found in fruits, grains, vegetables and milk products. Though often maligned in trendy diets, carbohydrates — one of the basic food groups — are important to a healthy life.
