Career Development A Career is now seen as ‘the process of managing life, learning and work over the lifespan’ Australian Blueprint for Career Development A Career is now seen as the sum total of (learning ) paid & unpaid work (earning) Life roles that a person undertakes (living) a continuous process it’s your journey  

For some, this is a fairly straightforward linear process. For other young people, establishing a career path involves many twists and turns.

This advance information is vital for Year 10 students planning a VCE curriculum and a future tertiary direction.
