Friday 9:00am – Wake up and meet to go to Magic Kingdom Things to see Space Mountain Pirates of the Caribbean Haunted Mansion Philharma gic Wishes 9:00am – Wake up and meet to go to Magic Kingdom Meals – We need breakfast items donated Students will eat lunch and dinner on own There will be check-ins every few hours 9:00pm – Wishes fireworks show 9:30pm – Depart Magic Kingdom for hotel 10:15pm – Room check in 10:30pm - Lights out

Clothing Requirements Some parents consider purchasi ng their child a cheap cell phone in case it gets lost For the performance students will be in concert uniform. Band polo shirt, black pants, dressy shoes will need to be packed in a travel bag. For the other days in the park students will be allowed to wear comfortable clothes of their choosing (school dress code will apply). Recommended are comfortable walking shoes, a light pullover for cooler weather at night, something in case of rain, and hat to protect from sun. Sunscreen is also recommended! Any items brought on the trip will be the responsibility of the child. Parents and directors will not be held responsible for lost items (video games, computers, phones, etc).

Donations We are asking for donations of bottles water, bottles of juice, and snacks for the bus. Snacks can include: breakfast bars, muffins, cereal bars, and granola bars. If every family could purchase one to donate, we would appreciate it!

Medication This will need to be done ASAP All medications will need to be checked in with Mrs. Ebert prior to boarding the buses Students are not allowed to carry ANY medication with them (with the exception of the self carry Epi-Pens and inhalers) If a students needs medication of any kind it must go through the school nurse and have a Doctor’s order/prescription.
