The main objectives of the project are: to raise awareness among children, parents and local communities of the importance and benefits of swimming; Co-Funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU

The main objectives of the project are: to create innovative activities making swimming fun to learn; Co-Funded by the Erasmus+Programme of the EU

The main objectives of the project are: to transfer and exchange innovative knowledge to test children swimming skills and knowledge aiming to increase their swimming performance; Co-Funded by the Erasmus+Programme of the EU

The main objectives of the project are: to increase knowledge of swimming trainers through the promotion, identification and sharing of good practices of coach leadership style that motivates children to swim; Co-Funded by the Erasmus+Programme of the EU

Co-Funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU WP1. Management WP1 will be dedicated to Management and coordination of the project; It will take place in the 1rst month of the project and it will last 2 days. This meeting will be dedicated to share the know-how of the project aims, objectives, and activities and to plan the dissemination strategy for the project as well as the communication strategy. Also the financial and administrative activities will be declared tomorrow. The Financial manager of the project will inform all partners about the financial aspects of the project and the do’s and don’ts of the financial management. All partners will, indeed, cooperate with their contribution to the development of all project actions. The Management activities will be: the definition of the communication strategy used by partners during the project realization; the Agenda setting, in order to specify deadlines and availability of the products; the development of the Working Plan, detailing it in specific tasks for each partner; the financial development and implementation for the whole project; the organisation of three transnational meetings: The duration of the meetings will be in general of 2 days, except for the 3rd meeting that will be longer and will last 4 days. WP2. Mobility Workshop “SWIMwin” Mobility aims at reaching the professionals related to prepare all the pool training, motivational and education sessions, and team building activities for the 3-day camp program. The Mobility Workshop brings together based on a collaborative-integrated approach holders of practical knowledge (coaches, trainers) and holders of theoretical knowledge (academic researchers). . Guidelines of being a inspire coach Co-Funded by the Erasmus+Programme of the EU

At the workshop will participate: • 3 staff members per each partner; Exchange of experiences regarding the development of innovative activities making swimming fun to learn and innovative knowledge to test children swimming skills. Exchange and sharing of good practices of coach leadership style that motivates children to swim will be also discussed. The Mobility Workshop “SWIMwin” will take 2 days of work and it will parallel with the 2nd steering committee meeting in order to reduce the project costs. WP3. The 3 day-camp “SWIMwin” The 3 day camp is based on the results of previous activities, especially on materials produced by the Mobility Workshop. The 3-day camp program will be organized by each partner in their own country and will aim to instil a vision of success and inspire children from 8-12 years old to become leaders in the sport of swimming. WP4. SWIMwin Festival & Conference Two days SWIMMING festival will be held in Greece. FESTIVAL OR INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION ??? Each country will participate in the SWIMwin festival with up to 20 swimmers aged from 8 to 12 years old. All of the swimmers will be from the ones that followed the project from the beginning in order to have funding for their mobility to Greece aiming to gain experience, inspiration, and motivation. ONE European or Olympic Medal swimmer from EACH partner country will be the festival’s guest stars telling stories about water safety and swimming techniques and inspiring children in and out the swimming pools. WP4. SWIMwin Festival & Conference The conference will be open to all the different target groups identified by the project, by swimmers and their trainers and parents to stakeholders and decision makers, but also to scholars and researchers in the field of swimming. The conference will be at European level, in order to increase the awareness and motivation at multiple levels. A European or Olympic Medal swimmer from partner countries will be the key speakers to the conference. Co-Funded by the Erasmus+Programme of the EU

WP5. The dissemination Local level: each partner will organize events and campaigns to elementary schools units in order to raise awareness through teaching children and their classmates about water safety, introducing the benefits and value of participating in the sport of swimming; as a regular part of children exercise routine. a brochure will be distributed to schools. all steps for the authorization to entrance schools units according to each countries national rule for protecting and respecting students and schools academic schedule will be followed. awareness materials, materials for the lectures at schools, posters and statement of participation will be prepared. WP5. The dissemination National: European: each partner will organize The SWIMwin 3 day-camp in order to disseminate project results and to contribute to the national debate to instill a vision of success and inspire children from 8-12 to become leaders in the sport of swimming. European: the consortium will organize the SWIMwin Festival and the SWIMwin Conference in order to ensure the project dissemination in a European level. Also the website of the project will be one of the main channels of disseminate and exploitate the results of the SWIMwin projects Co-Funded by the Erasmus+Programme of the EU

WP5. The dissemination Specifically, the main media for the dissemination will be: • Website and facebook; • Project’s brochure; • Guidelines of being an insprire coach; SWIMwin campaigns to elementary schools; • The SWIMwin 3 day-camp; • Articles and papers produced by consortium partners, in order to achieve the best possible result visibility even in the academic field; • SWIMwin Festival; • SWIMwin conference.
