Housing Trust Fund Due date for submission of HTF allocation plans to HUD was 8/16 As of 2/10/13, HUD had approved 38 plans and obligated 18 HTF grants Amount available for FY 2017 formula allocations will be announced in April/May

Housing Trust Fund Estimates of amount available vary. Funds will be sufficient to provide statutory $3 million minimum for each State. States should be planning for HTF administration, including the citizen participation process and HTF allocation plan development and submission.

HOME Budget FY 17 Administration Request - $950m New Legislative Proposals in Budget: Eliminate 24-month commitment deadline Eliminate 15% CHDO set-aside House and Senate marks - $950 million Continuing Resolution thru 4/28/17
