Approved forms of ID for Langley AFB access - DD Form 1173-1, Department of Defense Guard and Reserve Dependent Identification Card - DD Form 1934, Geneva Conventions Identity Card for Medical and Religious Personnel Who Serve in or Accompany the Armed Forces - DD Form 2764, United States DoD/Uniformed Services Civilian Geneva Conventions Identification Card - DD Form 2765, Department of Defense/Uniformed Services Identification and Privilege Card - Civilian Retiree Card - Non-DoD Federal PIV - Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal PIV - Locally Produced Physical Access Control System (PACS) Passes/Cards and AF Form 75 Visitor Pass/Vehicle Pass * Federal, State, Local, and Tribal law enforcement officers/agents may utilize their law enforcement credentials for installation access while conducting active law enforcement operations/investigations and/or responding to emergencies on the installation.* Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), United States Secret Service (USSS) and Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) Special Agents *Any US Government officials and law enforcement credentials (i.e., US Senators, Congressmen, US Marshall)*

Using Taxi’s, Uber/Lyft for pick-up/drop-off (with/without creds or EAL) - For cab drivers only: drivers who attempt entry to pick-up or drop-off, who are not in possession of base access credentials, nor on an EAL, will require a criminal background check. During Visitor Control Center (VCC) duty hours (0730-1615) have the driver report to the VCC for processing. During VCC non-duty hours have the driver pull out of the lane of traffic and contact BDOC for a background check. Once complete and a negative return, allow the driver access. Ensure the Entry Controller briefs the drivers to proceed to the pick-up/drop-off location and not to make any secondary stops. *All taxi’s on an Entry Authority List (EAL) will be granted access after proper authentication per standard operating procedures.* - Civilian Ride-Share Access(Uber/Lyft): For pick-up/drop-off during duty hours drivers can be granted access via the sponsor meeting the driver at the VCC to obtain a pass or by submitting a base access request to the VCC Org Box (633sfs.passreg@us.af.mil) from a GOV email (ONLY). If sponsoring personnel do not have the base access request template, they can request same by sending an email to the Org Box listed above. The driver will report to the VCC to be vetted and issued a pass. For pick-up/drop-off during non-duty hours the driver must be met at the installation gate by the passenger or be issued a visitors pass from the gate. *Lasalle Gate and King Street Gate hours of operation are 0600-2200 (Mon-Sun), Armistead Gate is open 24/7.* *Civilian Ride-share passengers must be aware of escort responsibility when utilizing these services.*

*LVIS hours of operations are 7 days a week, 0500-1700.* How to sponsor guests or services (Cox Cable, pest control, lawn care, Dish Network etc.) - During VCC duty hours all guests obtain installation access by either being met at the VCC by the sponsor or the sponsor submitting a base access request to the VCC Org Box (633sfs.passreg@us.af.mil) from a GOV email (ONLY). If sponsoring personnel do not have the base access request template, they can request same by sending an email to the Org Box listed above. During non-duty hours the sponsor will have to meet their guest at the gate to obtain a pass. *Lasalle Gate and King Street Gate hours of operation are 0600-2200 (Mon-Sun), Armistead Gate is open 24/7.* - All civilian commercial vehicles arriving for a scheduled pick-up/delivery must be processed through the Large Vehicle Inspection Station (LVIS). Drivers must produce a computerized bill of lading/work order and Commercial Drivers License (CDL). *LVIS hours of operations are 7 days a week, 0500-1700.*
