Aller & Venir de Katie Tich Aller- verb that means “to go” IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII Katie Tich Aller- verb that means “to go” Conjugations (Je) vais (Tu) vas (Il/Elle/On) va (Nous) allons (Vous) allez (Ils/Elles) vont Venir- verb that means “to come” Conjugations Viens Venons Viens Venez Vient Viennent Venir can be used to express the concept of “just”: [subject](Elle)+[venir](vient)+de+[infinitive] (nager): Elle vient de nager. Which translates to: She just swam.

Examples Aller Venir Venir de Je vais au stade. (I am going to the stadium.) Nous allons au parc. (We are going to the park.) Tu vas chez elle. (You are going to her house.) Venir Je viens. (I am coming.) Venir de Je viens de manger. (I just ate.) Nous venons de regarder un match. (We just watched a game.)

Aller: Aller can be used in two ways: 1. To describe a place a person is going to. [subject]+[aller]+[preposition]+[place] Je vais au parc. (I am going to the park.) 2. To describe what a person is going to do. [subject]+[aller]+[verb infinitive] Elle va faire une promenade. (She is going to take a walk.)
