When people are standing in line to make a transaction with a teller, they can watch live news, and the only commercials that they will see between news segments are those produced specifically for CB&T by Scenic Cable Network. Options include CD or DVD technology. 2.Distribution of program content via a Terrestrial Wide Area Network. Implementation & Operation Considerations Scenic Cable will need to have an internet connection with throughput of at least 1.5 Megabits per second (Mbps) in order to send video material to the uplink site. If a back channel connection is available in the bank, verification that files reached their destination can occur. In addition, verification files showing what actually plays in a particular bank may be accessed. Scenic Cable will have the task of making all broadcast schedules and encoding all video content into MPEG 2 files. Adtec can provide backup support if necessary. Adtec will install equipment and provide broadcast services for 30 days to Scenic Cable and a selected CB&T location for $ Additional locations may be installed for a fee.
