4 VMR – Key Features & Benefits
Software decoder works with Windows 7 PC/laptop to receive compressed stream Allows reuse of existing PC/laptop to receive enterprise streaming content over StreamNet network Helpful in data centers, office environments for users to see and hear content directly at desks Runs on ClearOne COLLABORATETM All-In-One, utilizing the system during times not used for primary purpose of conferencing Software automatically locates and lists connected StreamNet encoders/sources in the same LAN segment. Users may choose any compressed stream from the list Provides simple local control: Play, Stop, Full-screen, Always-on-top, Volume up, Volume down, Mute

5 VMR – Hardware Requirements
PC or laptop should be located on the same segment of your StreamNet network Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit) CPU: Intel i3 or above Memory: 2 GB or more Network Connection: 100/1000 MB

6 VMR – License Requirements
Trial software is free for 30 days, license required for use beyond 30 days Contact ClearOne to purchase licenses One license required per computer/laptop, cannot be shared with multiple machines Licenses activated from the computer through Internet connection to ClearOne licensing system License can only be activated if computer is connected to the internet without Proxy License can not be activated on the virtual computers.

7 VMR – with COLLABORATE All-In-One
VMR can run on COLLABORATE All-In-One VMR allows COLLABORATE All-In-One users to consume rich, HD multimedia content from anywhere on the enterprise network in the form of live media broadcasts, corporate presentations, real-time dashboards, digital signage, etc. VMR used in conjunction with VIEW encoder provides complete control and unlimited access to content from varied sources such as Blu-ray players, satellite receivers, cable boxes, DVRs, cameras, personal computers or media servers VMR can utilize the COLLABORATE All-In-One platform during times when it is not used for its primary purpose of conferencing VMR increases ROI for COLLABORATE All-In-One investment
