IngredientsIngredients –Raisins –Celery –Peanut butter Preparation:  Wash the celery.  Cut it in even pieces  Fill the middle of the celery with peanut butter.  Add raisins in the middle.

Ingredients: –Apples –Peanut Butter –Raisins Preparation:  Cut the apple into 4 even pieces.  Cut the part where the seeds are.  Add the peanut butter to the top part  Place the raisins in top of the Peanut butter.

Ingredients:  2 cups Any type of fruit that you like, fresh or Frozen. ( I used frozen blueberries, Grapes, blackberries, peach and Bananas. Preparation:  Let fruit thaw out for about and hour.  Smash the fruit a little, and put in the cone.  Makes about 2 to 3 Cones.

Ingredients:  Bananas  Light sour cream or plain yogurt Preparation:  Peel the bananas and cut it into 3 even pieces.  Use popsicle sticks to hold the banana.  Freeze the bananas for about 2 hours.  Once the bananas are frozen use the sour cream or Plain yogurt to coat the bananas.  Freeze them again for about 1 hour.  **You can add food coloring to the yogurt or sour cream. **

Ingredients:  1 cup of Orange juice  2 cups of fruit (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and any other fruit that you would like to add.)  ½ cup of reduced fat plain yogurt Preparation:  Blend it all together and enjoy a delicious smoothie.  Makes about 2-3 cups.  If it gets too thick add a little water. **very easy to make**

Ingredients –Pineapple –Peanut butter –Carrots sticks or baby carrots Preparation:  Cut the pineapple into slices then into triangles.  It is easy to use baby carrots because they are ready to eat, all you need to do is wash them.  Put the peanut butter in the middle of plate. Kids can use it as dip. make

Ingredients –Whole wheat pita –Peanut Butter –Strawberries –Pineapple Directions:  Spread the peanut butter in the pita.  Cut the pita into triangles.  Cut the Pineapple and strawberries into small chunks.

Ingredients:  2.50 oz. Packets of gelatin (they are the smallest ones at the grocery store)  ½ cups of hot water  Plain Yogurt Directions:  Make gelatin as the directions indicate, but instead of pouring it in a large container use ice trays  Once the gelatin starts getting hard add a little plain yogurt, and put it right back in the fridge.  After another hour the cubes should be able to come out; serve them on a bowl and you have a delicious snack.

Ingredients:  Strawberries  Blueberries  Raspberries  Sesame seeds Directions:  Wash and cut the strawberries in half  Place them on a plate  For the head use the blueberries  For the Spots use small pieces of the raspberries  For the eyes use the sesame seeds **You can substitute any of the ingredients with other fruits the idea is to be creative.**
