Pre Treatment Plant: Pre Treatment is a process for corrosion protection of the components such as aluminium, steel etc. We design two type of pre treatment plant depend on the size of the component, production requirement and based on the customer requirement. 1. Dip Type Pre Treatment Process: Dip Pretreatment Plants are commonly used for long & heavy components to clean prior to powder / paint application. Dip Pretreatment is a pre-treatment wherein the chemicals are stored in the steel (MS/SS) fabricated tanks. The components are placed in the baskets or cages and they are dipped in each process tank for pre-fixed period of time. Material handling system: Hoist/ PLC Operated Transporter. 2. Spray Type Pre Treatment Process: We offer Spray Pretreatment plants made of complete Stainless steel/MS spray tunnels along with direct or indirect heating system with hot water generator, Pumps (Vertical/ Horizontal), Easy clip on nozzles. Material Handling System: Conveyorised Pre-Treatment Accessories: Oil Skimmer An oil skimmer is a machine that separates oil from another liquid. A common application is removing oil floating on water. These technologies are commonly used for industrial Paint Shop applications such as removing oil from PT Tanks. Plated Heat Exchanger ( PHE) A plate heat exchanger is a type of heat exchanger that uses metal plates to transfer heat between two fluids. This has a major advantage over a conventional heat exchanger in that the fluids are exposed to a much larger surface area because the fluids spread out over the plates. This facilitates the transfer of heat, and greatly increases the speed of the temperature change. Filter Press Filter press is a separation process, specially employed by solid/liquid separation using the principle of pressure drive, provided by a slurry pump. Filter press is a fixed volume and batch operation, which simply means that the operation must be stopped to discharge the filter cake before the next batch can be started. The major components of filter press are skeleton and filter pack. The skeleton holds the filter pack together while pressure is being developed inside filter chamber. It however can only hold a specific volume of solids.

Powder Coating Plant: Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is typically applied electro statically. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals, such as household appliances, aluminium extrusions, drum hardware, and automobile and bicycle parts. Liquid Painting Plant: Liquid coatings do offer some advantages over powder coating. First of all, liquid paint does not form as thick or heavy of a coat as powder coating. This is extremely important when working with very tight and specific tolerances that are involved with the final assembly of a product. Secondly, liquid paint is an excellent alternative to powder coating when working with very specialized paint colours that may be too difficult or time consuming to be colour matched as a powder. This is especially true when dealing with metallic or high gloss colours. In addition, liquid paint can be applied to any type of surface and does not require the use of heat to achieve curing. Liquid painting is very common when dealing with smaller, short run quantities that can be done in batches. We are design and build batch type or turnkey basis high performance Liquid Paint plant. In order to assist in the removal of the over sprayed paint from the air and to provide efficient operation of the down-draft, water-washed paint spray booths utilize paint. Material-handling equipment: Material-handling equipment is equipment that relate to the movement of goods and products throughout the process of Painting & pre treatment. Material handling equipment is the mechanical equipment involved in the complete system. The gun imparts a positive electric charge to the powder, which is then sprayed towards the grounded object by mechanical or compressed air spraying and then accelerated toward the work piece by the powerful electrostatic charge. There are a wide variety of spray nozzles available for use in electrostatic coating. Fume Exhaust /Scrubber: Fume Exhaust cum Scrubber system is provided to wash out the hazardous nature of the fume from the plant. This system is also protect the human, machine and environment. Type: 1) Wet Scrubbing 2) Dry Scrubbing Effluent Treatment Plant: Effluent treatment plants are also called as industrial waste water treatment plant adequately treats specific industrial waste waters. ETP may reduce raw water costs by converting selected waste waters to reclaimed water used for different purposes. ETP are reduce concentrations of pollutants measured to determine user fees. An ETP may include one or more of the following rather than the conventional primary, secondary, and disinfection sequence of sewage treatment.
