1. What is Easia Media Library

1. What is Easia Media Library Website Easia Media Library is a shared database of multimedia material (pictures, videos, PPTs) from Easia Travel. Access to the data in Media Library is password protected. Depending on your access rights, you will be able to view, download, upload pictures in high/low resolution. The database will be: -up to date -The best quality -Be easy to search

2. How to use Media Library

2.1 How to register an account Click on Registration: « Click here to Register »

2.1 How to register an account Fill out the Sign Up Form and click Validate. The blanks with (*) are compulsory to fields and include, accept the general terms and conditions of use.

2.4. How to download photos a.Choose the option below to download directly (depending on your rights) b. Selecting the photos, checking the Selection Options to download them.

2.4. How to download photos C. Add the photos to the cart: Click on My Basket, choose the format to download as ZIP file.

2.5. How to request high definition photos. Basic access rights to Media Library will only enable users to view and download in low definition. For higher definition photos you will need to make a request to the Marketing Department by following these steps: a. Put the photos you need into the baseket by ticking the basket box for each photo.

2.5. How to request high definition photos. b. Choose the format of download – Request other format. c. Fill in the compulsory information (*), accept the general terms and conditions of use and click the Validate button.

2.5. How to request high definition photos. e.. Once your request has been approved by the Media Library Team, usually within under 24 hours, you will receive an from Media Library with the link to download the high definition photos that you have requested.
