Jacksonville Jaguars District 6970 Partnership

History of Rotary Partnership Over $270,000 raised during the 12 year partnership of the Jaguars and Rotary District Until last year our two previous most successful years for ticket sales were: 2010: 1,983 Tickets – $32,365 raised 2011: 1,897 Tickets – $31,000 raised 2015 season ticket sales: 1,000 Tickets – $90,000 Additionally we have raised funds through auctions: The Owner’s Suite ticket auction - Rotary Game Day usually nets $5, Two (2) Super Bowl Tickets were donated and auctioned for $8,000.

Looking to 2016 Season: Rotary Game Day – December 4 th Denver Broncos Game Day District 6970 Tailgate Party! New incentives to encourage ticket sales and participation! Great home schedule includes hosting the Indianapolis Colts, Green Bay Packers, Houston Texans and Tennessee Titans! TICKET SALES goes to The Rotary Foundation for End Polio Now!!! Potential to raise $90,000 for PolioPlus with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation match it becomes $270,000!!!

2016 Ticket Package 1000 Total Tickets available: Five Hundred (500) 200 level tickets Five Hundred (500) 400 level tickets Tickets available for Denver Broncos’ game on Rotary Game Day – December 4 th. Two pairs of tickets to Owners Suite - Auction Two 20 person Suites One for Houston Texans – Nov 13 One for Minnesota Vikings – Dec 11 Pregame Tailgate Party – Rotary Game Day $30,000 donation to The Rotary Foundation Tickets will be available at Discounted Prices for other games and clubs will receive $10.00 per ticket for their club for these purchases.

2016 Incentives: Discount Ticket Price Section 400 seating - $45.00 Section 200 seating - $55.00 (Regular prices between $78 - $100) Clubs / Rotarians - write checks to District 6970 – $40 or $50 of ticket price will go to TRF for End Polio Now in Club or Members name. Clubs may donate unused tickets to be given to either Military or under privileged children. Club receives credit for net ticket to End Polio and District will donate the tickets for Military personnel or under privileged children to attend game as Rotary’s guest. GREAT ROTARY CLUB PROJECT! Rotarians purchasing tickets to be “donated” can have TRF donation to End Polio in their name with minimum 2 ticket purchase. Club will need to provide completed multiple donor form to Patti.

ROTARY GAME DAY FELLOWSHIP Pre-Game District Tailgate Party in grassy area in the middle of Lot P. A separate form for Tailgate Tickets will be sent to club Presidents in September. Tailgate Tickets $25 Includes BBQ lunch from Sonny’s Beer, Mixers, and Soft Drinks Fun for the entire family! Don’t forget your Rotary Family – Interact Rotary Youth Exchange - Rotaract

Recognition and Exposure PSA prior to the game. Representation on the new video boards on game day. Camera shot of the larger Rotary Seating areas and/or “donated” sections. Presence on Jaguars web-site leading into the Rotary Day game with names of leading Rotary Clubs and short blurb about the program. Check Presentation – Pre Game

Getting the word out in 2016 August, September, October, Jaguars Monthly Newsletter. Powerpoint available for Club meeting. Jaguars representatives available for club programs. Monthly fundraising updates showing individual Rotary Club stats and District Goal of $90,000. October 15 th Deadline for Tailgate Party Tickets November – Send out final fundraising totals. Provide all information regarding when the in stadium/on-field recognition will take place for Rotary Day game. Provide final tailgate specifics and regulations.

What Now? Every Club names a Team Captain! Make it a Club Fellowship – High turnout for Rotary Game Day and Tailgate party! Make it a Club Project – Donate tickets for Military personnel or underprivileged children to attend a Jaguar game! Make it a huge success! 100% Clubs participate $90,000 raised to be matched $270,000 total for PolioPlus Talk it up at weekly meetings. Send in your Club Ticket Order Forms – BEST tickets will go FAST! Keep an eye out for first edition of “Jaguars Monthly” an newsletter to provide Jaguar updates and fundraising breakdown by club.
