BELLRINGER IN AS MUCH DETAIL AS YOU CAN, DESCRIBE A DIET THAT YOU HAVE SEEN ADVERTISED. WRITE A SHORT PARAGRAPH THAT DISCUSSES HOW EFFECTIVE YOU THINK THIS DIET MAY BE.

DEFINITIONS SKIPPING MEALS, EATING ONLY CERTAIN FOODS, EATING LARGE AMOUNTS OF FOOD AT ONE TIME, USING DIET PILLS, OR FOLLOWING UNHEALTHY DIETS ARE EXAMPLES OF UNHEALTHY EATING BEHAVIORS. FAD DIETS ARE EATING PLANS THAT PROMISE QUICK WEIGHT LOSS WITH LITTLE EFFORT. WHAT IS OVEREXERCISING? WHEN A PERSON EXERCISES HARDER AND FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME THAN IS HEALTHY, THAT PERSON IS OVEREXERCISING. WHY DO PEOPLE OVEREXERCISE? PEOPLE MAY OVEREXERCISE BECAUSE THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR WEIGHT OR BECAUSE THEY FEEL THE NEED TO BE BETTER AT ATHLETICS.

DEFINITIONS EATING DISORDERS- AN EATING DISORDER IS A DISEASE IN WHICH A PERSON HAS AN UNHEALTHY CONCERN WITH HIS OR HER BODY WEIGHT AND SHAPE. SOME TYPES OF EATING DISORDERS INCLUDE: 1.
