Top 5 sports can keep you the most fit By Noah

About my topic I chose this topic so I could see what sport can keep you fit, how they make you fit, and learn about the chosen sports. I thought this topic could be really good for seeing all the different types of sport because i had no idea that these sports could keep you fit and how they keep you fit.

Number 5 ice hockey I put hockey at five mostly because you’re always moving and running around trying to hit the puck in hockey. in hockey you use skates to move around which will make you move your legs a lot more and you have to keep your balance or else you’ll fall over and at that speed you would fall really far.

Number 4 swimming Swimming is at number 4 because swimming keeps you fit by making you move almost every muscle in your body moving. You’re moving your arms you’re kicking your legs and your moving body to the side and to the other side. Swimming can be very good for your cardio level. The force of pushing yourself through the water is enough to keep you at a fit level and swimming can also help you with strength as well as your cardio and fitness.

Number 3 cycling Cycling is at number 3 because in cycling you move your feet in a circular motion very fast and for a long time, and you have to go very long distances so as well as trying to win and go fast you have to have a lot of stamina. Cycling takes a lot of training mostly because races can be kilometers split into different days. There’s an olympic version of cycling where you have to go really fast on a little track so you have to move your legs faster than a normal race.

Number 2 sprinting I put sprinting at number 2 because sprinting takes a lot of stamina and a lot of training. I put sprinting at number 2 mostly because of all the training that you have to go through. You pretty much have to train every single day, mostly running a lap. Sprinting takes a lot of persistence you have to sprint for at least 5-15 years so you can get into the olympics or be a professional runner. You also need to do a lot of different exercises to stay in shape.

Before we get to our number 1 pick let's take a look at some runner ups.

5 runner ups 6. Basketball 7. Rowing 8. NFL 9. Soccer 10. Tennis

Number 1 boxing We’ve reached number 1, and number one is boxing. Boxing like most of the other picks takes a lot of stamina, if you don’t have stamina you pretty much can’t play boxing. You have to train a lot as well, some things you need to do is, punching a boxing bag for around an hour, lots of different exercises and a lot of skipping to keep in shape. You always have workout at the gym.
