Social Media & Electronics Takes away focus from important things Transforming how children live & act Dangers of cyberbullying, exposure, and inappropriate content.

Age Use As age progresses, more and more children begin to get online and use mobile devices Even young children (about 2 or 3yrs. old) are online Changes development Messes with social and behavioral skills

Teens Older Children are drifting away from families Becoming more anti social Teenagers are more online then with families.

Positive Affects All Children use the internet due to it being in their natural environment There are lots of positive effects on internet use development just like there are negative affects

Research/ Negative Results Affects negatively on social and physical development Changes how the brain works completely in some cases Behavioral changes

Cyberbullying Greater risk on suicide when younger kids get online and are victims of cyberbullying. Risks of depression Changes them forever, in a negative way.
